Noam has been at the forefront of the Israeli tech ecosystem. He started his high-tech career working in HP under the EMEA office in Geneva, closely cooperating with colleagues from the Middle East region. Noam later joined Magic Software as a Sales Executive and was promoted to a position of VP Sales overseeing the company’s global growth and IPO, making Magic Software the first Israeli software company to go public in NASDAQ.

Noam continued to advance the region’s high-tech sectors by providing financing and support for entrepreneurs by co-founding the Israeli High-tech Organization (IHO) and joining the Fortress Investment Group (FIG) as VP of its Global IP Finance Group.
